Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- The wrong size, color, or variant was selected
- The shipping address was entered incorrectly
- You changed your mind after placing the order
- The item has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original item (if approved) and place a new order.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.
